Eurobuilds Awards 2012

During the Eurobuild Awards gala in December, Virako, the owner of Forum 76. Business Center, received the award for the best Polish Office Building of the Year 2012. Thus, it joined the group of the best companies operating on the commercial real estate market in Central and Eastern Europe. This is already the third edition of the project organized by a bilingual publisher, appreciated not only by the development industry and publishing the “Eurobuild Central & Eastern Europe” monthly magazine. Forum 76. Business Center won an award in the category which is most important for each and every developer i.e., Award granted by office tenants and users. The winner was selected based on the results of a survey conducted by the market and opinion research leader in Central and Eastern Europe, Millward Brown SMG / KRC. The survey covered over a thousand tenants from 55 modern office buildings all over Poland, selected by the jury. This undoubtedly shows the degree of satisfaction with the facility. During the same gala, Virako received also the main award for the best Office Property Manager in Poland in 2012. The award was collected by Karolina Tobiańska.
